Incomplete orders will be delayed.We confirm custom orders by phone, fax, or email. *Artwork:Submit vector camera ready artwork. Fonts as outlines. Artwork must be sized to 100% clean and require no touch up. Production reserves the right to determine what is acceptable. Artwork requiring edit will be billed at the rate of $60.00 per hour, one hour minimum. We will notify you in advance of artwork requiring editing.Slight variations may occur and will be considered acceptable. Reorders with changes to the original art will require a new setup fee.Production is not responsible for detecting errors in customer supplied artwork. Production assumes no liability for how art or print appears on a product unless pre-production samples are requested and approved. Sample fees do apply.Electronic Art Submission/Accepted Formats are as follows:.AI, EPS, PDF, PSD, INDD AND TIFF.Formats other than these will require a new correct file to be submitted or be re-created at the customer’s expense.

*Production:All production schedules are estimates. Overruns/Underruns will not exceed the industry standard of 5% of the total quantity of order. There will be an exact quantity charge.SNOS does quality control on all products. There may be variations on product prints or on the product itself. We cannot guarantee PMS color matching.

*Shipping:SNOS ships via UPS, FedEx, USPS and Large Freight Carriers.All orders received by 2pm EST are eligible for same day shipping for non-cus-tom and in stock items.Estimated shipping charges will be provided upon request.All address changes and corrections that are made after the package has shipped will be charged back to the customer as additional billing.All orders are shipped with insurance. (exception USPS General Mail)Freight charges are added to the invoice. Production determines the best ship-ping method unless specific instructions are given.Damage must be noted immediately at time of receipt to carrier and SNOS Cus-tomer Service Department.
