need to sign in like you regularly do to get into your desktop computer.

Type in your username & password.

THE FOR STAFF TAB Look for the tab

that says: For Staff.

Hover over the tab and other links will be displayed.

Click on the link that says: High School Library Resources.

No “For Staff” tab? Submit a work order request.

This page will display the Video & DVD Request Form.

Click where it says to begin.

VIDEO/DVD APPROVAL FORMAll DVD/VIDEO

requests must be submitted through this form.

Fill out the information.The form will

automatically be sent to appropriate personnel.

Please allow a 24-hour response for items from the library and a week’s response for items from other sources.

GENERAL RESPONSE INFORMATIONSample DVD/VIDEO request

videos are automatically approved and will be ready for pickup one school day in advance.

DVDs or videos from other sources are sent to an administrator for approval.

Teacher is contacted via email.
