Clear Cap Mailing Tubes are

the latest addition to

VisiPak’s line of mailing and

shipping solutions. Like all

of our clear mailing

products, the benefits of

using these tubes is the

ability to deliver a message

before being opened. The

clear end caps also

eliminate security concerns

and increase “open rates”

by allowing recipients to

see inside.

Aside from this, the

lightweight caps can also

reduce postage costs. On

average, clear cap mailing

tubes will mail for 30% less

than comparably sized

paper mailing tubes.

The one-inch tall clear caps

with air vent have been

designed specifically for

VisiPak tubes and do not

require tape, staples, or

other security methods to

make it through the mail

system. They are USPS

approved, weather

resistant, and simple to

assemble.

Printing OptionsOne of the primary benefits of using VisiPak clear boxes is that packaging graphics can be applied directly to the box. This eliminates the need for labels or header cards. Boxes are typically printed on the inside to protect the graphics during transit, but they can be placed on the outside of the box if desired.

18 ORDERING INFO

Clarification of OrdersOrders are scheduled when clarification of purchase orders has been completed. Phone orders must be accompanied by confirming orders. VisiPak will not produce orders without a bill to and ship to address.

Standard Lead TimesWith approved credit, stock products typically ship within one day. Production orders ship within 3 weeks. Products requiring secondary operations like Hang Tubes, Permaseals, Extend-A-Paks take 4-5 weeks. Clear boxes typically run about 8 weeks.

We offer expediting services for a fee.

MinimumsFor standard tubing sizes the minimum order quantity is typically 150 to 1800 feet based upon diameter. Most stock items have one case minimums. Please consult sales for more information.

SamplesVisiPak recommends approval of samples before ordering, especially on production run parts. Returns will not be accepted if samples were refused.

FitDetermining the fit of the product into the package is ultimately the responsibility of the purchaser when choosing the diameter, thickness, and length of the packaging. Our sales staff will be happy to assist you with your requirements.

CancellationsNo cancellations without approval of VisiPak. A $50 cancellation fee may apply.

Credit TermsNet 30 days subject to credit approval. Mastercard and Visa accepted.

Freight (claims, breakage or shortages)We ship collect, FOB St. Louis, MO. Customer is responsible for choosing the carrier and associated freight costs. Quotes provided by VisiPak are estimates and the customer is responsible for any differences between estimates and actual charges from the carrier. We are not responsible for the delay of any freight carrier or safe carriage of goods. All goods are shipped at the buyer's risk. Goods insured by standard carrier coverage only.

Overruns & Under RunsDue to the manufacturing process we reserve the right to ship and bill up to 10% above or below the quantity ordered.

ReturnsReturns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number provided by VisiPak. Restocking charges will apply to certain instances. Production run parts are not returnable unless defective. Tubing is not returnable unless defective. Returns must be made no more than two months after the order ship date.

MaterialVisiPak uses PETG plastic in the production of its tubing. Not all materials are compatible with PETG plastic. The responsibility lies with the purchaser to determine their product’s compatibility with PETG. Our vinyl products do not meet the Food And Drug Administration requirements of 21CFR2177 for contact with food.
