Print the pages of this Success Journal and keep them together in a binder.

Begin each day by opening your Success Journal and turning to the appropriate date. Then complete the health conditioning process for that day. Do this before you do anything else in the morning. That way, you can be sure it gets done and you’ll start your day off flying!

Daily Health Conditioning Process

1. Attitudes of Health Declarations Put your hand over your chest to feel the vibrational energy of your statements. Read your “Attitudes of Health” declarations out loud and with conviction. You need to feel them deep in your core and firmly believe them. With repetition, these attitudes will be engrained into your physiology.

2. Writing of Goal (clarity of intention) Each day you will write one of the 5 health-related goals you established at the beginning of this program. Writing your goals re-affirms them to your subconscious mind and reminds you of what you’re working towards. Pretty soon, they’ll be a reality!

3. Purpose of Goal (reasons why) This is very important. Having a goal is great but you need to know why it’s important for you to achieve it. The more emotional-ly-charged compelling reasons you have for achieving your goals, the sooner they will become a reality. Your reasons WHY will fuel you and keep you going when the going gets tough. They are what separates those who achieve great things from those who don’t.

TotalWellnessCleanse4. Visualization The process of mentally rehearsing your goals through daily visualization is perhaps one of the most powerful tools you can use to manifest your goals. The more you can see your end result, from the end result, and truly believe that it is yours, the sooner it will become so. Visualization is best done first thing in the morning and just before you slip into bed. After all, your brain never sleeps! And remember that your brain cannot tell the difference between something you vividly imagine and something you actually experience.

5. Acknowledge Your Successes Like attracts like. Success breeds success. The more you “feel” successful, the more success will come your way. You cannot feel successful if do not look for and acknowledge your successes. The successes can be major or minor. It doesn’t matter so long as your acknowledge yourself for whatever you did do.

Therefore, at the end of each day, we’d like you to write down at least 5 successes you enjoyed during the day. And they don’t have to be massive successes. They can be as simple as brushing your teeth or taking out the trash.

For instance…

”I made a green juice this morning!” “I had a great workout this morning!” “I made my family a delicious, healthy dinner.”

The more you get used to writing down your successes, the better you will feel about yourself. You will also quickly feel very successful and that anything you set your mind to will be accomplished.

You will be unstoppable!

Use this page to write down your 5 most important health and well-being goals. Throughout this Success Journal you will refer back to these goals on a daily basis. Ensure that they are truly something that you want to be, to do, or to have! And most importantly, focus on what you want (not on what you don’t want), and attach a timeline.

State your goals as if they’ve already been achieved and that you’re so happy and grateful that you’ve manifested them. So, they might begin with “I am so happy and grateful now that…” And, to be fully committed, be sure that you initial each of your goals!

Congratulations!

You have successfully completed the Total Wellness Cleanse™ 30-day program and Success Journal. If you have done your exercises on a daily basis, there is no doubt you will have ingrained several positive new habits and ways of thinking and being into your life.

Chances are you are happier, more peaceful, and have already experienced significant improvements in your health. These could be in the form of greater energy, weight loss, clearer and more radiant skin, improved digestive and bowel function, fewer allergy symptoms, or a fitter and leaner body - just to name a few.

The key now is to keep it up! Remember, the only difference between fit, healthy people and overweight, unhealthy people is that the former have better “health” habits and more empowering ways of thinking about health, exercise, and proper nutrition. By completing the program, you now have a good start on all three.

But the game isn’t over because being fit, energetic, and healthy is a lifestyle. It is a journey – not a destination. Your body is your oasis. The more you take care of your body, the more it will take care of you throughout your life. Therefore, it is imperative that you continue with the same habits and even the exercises from this Success Journal as often as possible. We are creatures of habit. What type of habits will you create?

To facilitate the process, you may want to reprint this workbook (and simply scratch out the dates). Otherwise, you can simply use blank sheets of paper and attempt to do it on your own.
