The thickness of the wall partition is 50mm, with double sides 0.5mm steel skin sheet, four sides surrounded with 0.8mm steel frame. The core materials can be Rock Wool, Polystyrene, Polyurethane, Paper Honeycomb, Aluminum Honeycomb.

Cleanroom Door System
50mm thick door system, with three sides aluminum door frame and door leaf frame, made the door flush with the wall panel perfectly. With rubber seal and auto-down bottom seal make the door air tight. Special designed hinge is easy to clean.

50mm thick hollow windows, double sides 5mm tempered glasses, with aluminum frame, can be with desiccant and inert gases. Using the silicon to connect the window to the wall panel, finishing flush with wall panel perfectly.
