Professional End of Tenancy Cleaning/ Pre Tenancy Cleaning/ Deep Cleaning

Our pre tenancy/ end of tenancy cleaning is a full and deep cleaning of the whole property which includes cleaning of all rooms, fixtures, furniture, electrical appliances and windows (on inside only).

It is a guaranteed service and the client reserves the right to ask for a second visit to the property in case such is required.

We are always to make sure that any of the below mentioned points have been covered upon completion of the end of tenancy cleaning.

Throughout property and bedrooms: • Dust throughout and polish all woodwork

• Remove all cobwebs

• Clean mirrors and pictures

• Clean picture frames

• Clean light fittings and shades

• Clean all switches

• Wipe all skirting boards

• Wipe all door frames

• Clean floor edges

• Wipe curtain rails

• Wipe fire place and surrounding area

• Clean out and wipe/dust wardrobes- inside shelves, rails, outside and the top

Professional Carpet Steam Cleaning

We provide professional steam cleaning services for carpets, rugs and upholstery cleaning.

The professional carpet machine injects hot steam into the carpet and extracts it afterwards.

The carpets or the upholstery take around 6h to dry. They will dry faster if the clients leaves the windows open.

The package of cleaning services includes: - Spot and stain removal - Deep carpet cleaning - Upholstery cleaning - Rug cleaning - Mattress cleaning - Curtains cleaning

We have detergents for coffee stains, fruit stains, make up stains. You name it.

Moving furniture and other items obstructing our ability to provide an optimal clean (Within reason and within the presence /agreement of the client). We would normally ask the customer to remove the furniture in advance. Our technicians will be there to help, but not to move the furniture on their own.

When moving furniture customers need to bear the risk of damaging anything on their own!

When cleaning carpets and upholstery we follow the below procedure:

Hoover the carpets before steam cleaning Hoover and clean the edges of the carpet Pre-test the material of the carpet/ fabric Pre-test the origin of the existing stains Pre-treat any stains, dirty patches, and high traffic areas We use dust sheets We always use overshoes Place undercover beneath any furniture and replace it upon the completion of the service De-odourise the cleaned areas and we also use odour-remover It is advisable that the client airs the place upon the completion of the cleaning

Professional After-Builders Cleaning

After-builders cleaning service is a post-renovation cleaning or the so called contract construction clean-up. It includes all the cleaning equipment, detergents and manpower necessary to perform the cleaning.

Our company is to make sure that any of the below mentioned points have been covered upon the completion of the cleaning.

We are obliged to acquire the clients priorities prior to or at the time of the cleaning session (not after).

We reserve the right to negotiate the continuation of the service, the final charges and the payment method in case more work is required than initially booked.

Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

Our carpet technicians are to choose the most suitable cleaning method and chemicals for each particular job. Not all stains can be removed in such cases our technicians are to inform the customer, once they have tried all the existing stain removal methods.

External Window Cleaning

We are able to clean external glass up to a height of 65ft from the safety of the ground.

Using the latest in Reach & Wash window cleaning equipment we leave our clients windows sparkling without the need for ladders or expensive access equipment.

Voila Cleaning Services are proud to introduce the Reach and Wash, water fed poles, window cleaning system. This system is facilitating the cleaning of windows up to 65ft high from the ground, without the need to work at height and without the need to use ladders. Windows are cleaned without detergents and chemicals ensuring environmentally friendly cleaning systems.

The Reach and Wash system consists of a mobile water treatment system and composite water fed poles to deliver 100% pure water to the windows. Pure water possesses a strong urge to return to its former impure state, in so doing it absorbs back into itself dirt left behind by the elements. Large quantities of pure water are produced by the system and used as a powerful cleaning agent. The result is spotless, streak free cleaning.

Internal Window Cleaning

At Voila Cleaning Services we have huge experience in cleaning internal glass. Using traditional methods we can clean windows internally with the minimum of fuss to our customers.

Oven Cleaning

Our professional oven cleaning operatives choose the most appropriate way to clean clients’ ovens depending on their condition, type, make & model. Most often this is done using the dip tank method- a tank full of water and oven cleaning detergent. The oven is then pre-heated and all racks, trays and loose parts from the oven are removed and placed in the tank for 30 min- 1h. The oven is left sparkling clean at the end of the session.

Our cleaners are extra cautious when dismantling back panels, fans, oven door and glass.

Additionally, as part of the oven cleaning service, the customer may request having a hob & extractor cleaned. We also offer BBQ cleaning, fridge & freezer cleaning etc.

Voila Cleaners’ Terms & Conditions

DEFINITIONS

In these Terms and Conditions the following expressions shall have the following meanings

“Client” or “Client’s” Means the person(s) or company to whom the Services will be provided, and whose signature(s) appear, on page 19 of this Agreement.

“Company Name”

Means Voila Services Ltd. (Company No:08085370) whose registered office is at 44 Panyers Gardens, London, RM10 7FG, trading as and hereinafter referred to as Voila Cleaning Services/ Voila Cleaners.

“Services”

Means the services to be performed by Voila Cleaning Services which may include (but without limitation) the compilation of an End of Tenancy/ Deep cleaning, Carpet and upholstery cleaning, after-builders cleaning, window cleaning, oven cleaning as instructed by the Client (or Client’s Agent).

“Property or Properties”

Means the property or properties to which the Client instructs us to undertake services at, which this Agreement relates to, the client is identified on page 19 of the same.

“Tenant”

Means the person(s) natural or legal. Where the Tenant is a natural person, the definition shall include any relative or partner whether business or personal. Where the Tenant is a legal person, the definition shall include any connected person or body of that company, and any parent company, subsidiary or member of the same group of companies.

“Agreement”

Means these Terms and Conditions concluded between the Client and Voila Cleaning Services, as evidenced by their respective signatures on page 19 of the same.

RECITALS

The Client has requested Voila Cleaning Services to provide the Services. The Services are to be carried out in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”).

THE TERMS

1. ENGAGEMENT

I. Any proposal estimate or quotation given by Voila Cleaning Services is valid for a period of 30 days only (unless a different period is specified in the proposal by Voila Cleaning Services).

II. Any order issued by the Client shall be deemed to be an offer to Voila Cleaning Services which is subject to

written acceptance by Voila Cleaning Services and a binding contract shall not be formed until Voila Cleaning Services has accepted the Client’s offer in writing.

III. Any contract for the provision of the Services shall be governed by the proposals and these Terms and

Conditions to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions subject to which any such proposal estimate or quotation is accepted or an order is placed or purposed to be accepted or placed by the Client.

2. STANDARD OF CARE

Voila Cleaning Services shall perform the Services using the reasonable standard of skill and care normally exercised by professional cleaning company in performing similar services under similar conditions

3. OBLIGATIONS OF THE CLIENT

I. The Client shall afford to Voila Cleaning Services or procure the affording to Voila Cleaning Services of

access to any property at an arranged time where access is required for the performance of the Services whether such access is provided by the Client itself or any Agent or tenant of the Client.

II. The Client will inform Voila Cleaning Services in writing of all special conditions relating to a property relevant to the carrying out of services.

4. LIABILITY

I. Voila Cleaning Services confirms that it will be responsible to the Client for all costs claims and demands properly incurred by the Client and which represent the reasonably foreseeable damage suffered by the Client (other than any loss of profits or any failure to make anticipated savings) as a direct result of the negligent act or omission of Voila Cleaning Services in the performance of the Services under these Terms and Conditions.

II. The Client agrees and acknowledges that Voila Cleaning Services shall have no liability to the Client or to

any third party for any indirect, economic or consequential loss (whether caused by the negligence of Voila Cleaning Services, its employees or agents or otherwise) howsoever arising and whether pursuant to the performance of the Services under these Terms and Conditions or howsoever otherwise arising.

III. Voila Cleaning Services is carrying out the Services solely for the benefit of the Client and the Client shall

indemnify Voila Cleaning Services against any claims from any third parties in respect of the Services.

IV. The total liability of Voila Cleaning Services under or in connection with this agreement and the Services whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty or otherwise shall not exceed [£500] and the Client shall indemnify and keep indemnified Voila Cleaning Services from and against all costs, claims, demands, proceedings, charges and expenses arising out of or in connection with the Services in excess of such liability and limitation.

V. Nothing contained in these Terms shall exclude or restrict the liability of Voila Cleaning Services in respect

of death of personal injury resulting from the negligence of Voila Cleaning Services.

VI. No actions or proceedings under or in respect of this agreement whether in contract or in tort or in negligence or for breach of statutory duty or otherwise shall be commenced against Voila Cleaning Services after the expiry of a period of 1 year from the date of commencement of the Services or such other date as may be agreed in writing between the parties.

VII. Voila Cleaning Services will not be responsible for any lost or unaccounted keys relating to the Client’s property.

Voila Cleaning Services will however, be happy to sign for keys when taking or returning them to an of the Client’s Agent.

VIII. Voila Cleaning Services takes no responsibility for the condition of any of the contents, fixtures and fittings at the Property. It is the Client’s sole responsibility to ensure that all contents, fixture and fittings and the property itself comply with all applicable laws (including without limitation all statutory law, subordinate legislation, common law, judicial decisions and the law of the European Union) from time to time subsisting or in force and as may be subsequently amended.

5. CANCELLATION/ABORTED APPOINTMENTS

Additional charges will be applicable in the following circumstances:

I. A fee of £50 will be charged to the Client should the appointment be cancelled for any reason within 6 hours of the appointment time/date.

II. If access to the property is not provided and the appointment is aborted, a £50 fee will be charged to the

Client. Voila Cleaning Services will wait outside the property for approximately 20 minutes, following which the appointment will be deemed to be abortive.

III. Voila Cleaning Services will wait at/inside the property for approximately 20 minutes to carry out an

appointment at the agreed time/date, in any circumstances the tenant/landlord or the agent is late or the appointment is missed, this appointment will be deemed to be abortive, the appointment will be rescheduled at a suitable time for Voila Cleaning Services and the instructing client will be charged a £30 fee.

6. PAYMENT

Invoices shall be submitted by Voila Cleaning Services and payment shall be made by the Client to Voila Services ltd.

II. Payment shall be made by the Client within seven days of the date of any invoice and payment shall be

made in full in pounds sterling and interest at the rate of four per cent (4%) above Barclays Bank base lending rate will be payable on all overdue payments such interest being calculated from the date of the invoice to the actual receipt of payment by Voila Services ltd.

7. PRICES & CHANGES OF PRICES

i. Voila Cleaning Services reserves the right to change its prices at any time and such changes shall be effective immediately as posted on the company’s website: www.voila-cleaners.co.uk/cleaning-prices-london unless otherwise agreed.

ii. Voila Cleaning Services takes no responsibility should any private landlord or individual contact us regarding our prices charged, we will always confirm our prices as per our website, if the instructing agent charges in excess of those prices per service, it is their responsibility of the instructing agent and not Voila Cleaning Services should any dispute arise.

iii. If we are required to enter the Congestion Charging Zone Monday – Friday 07:00 – 18:00, we will charge

additional fee of £11.50. No charge on weekends, public holidays, between Christmas Day and New Year’s Day inclusive, or between 18:00 and 07:00.

8. INSURANCE

Voila Cleaning Services carries a full Employer Liability Insurance up to £10,000,000, Public Liability Insurance up to £5,000,000, Pollution and Contamination insurance up to £1,000,000, and Products Liability Insurance up to £5,000,000.

9. COMPLAINTS

Any circumstances allegedly giving cause for complaint about our service should be confirmed in writing no later than three working days as the cause of the alleged complaint arises. The complaint will be investigated and action taken as necessary.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND EXCLUSION OF REPRESENTATIONS

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement of the parties hereto with respect to the Services and supersede any prior written or oral warranties, terms, conditions and representations whether express or implied. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this clause nothing in these Terms and

Conditions affects the liability of either party for fraudulent misrepresentation. Voila Cleaning Services will not be bound by any standard or printed terms, conditions, warranties or representations furnished by the Client in any of its documents unless Voila Cleaning Services specifically states in writing separately from such documents that it intends such terms and conditions to apply and the Client acknowledges such notification in writing.

For any variation to these Terms and Conditions to be effective the variations must be in writing and signed by both Voila Cleaning Services and the Client.

11. DELAY AND FORCE MAJEURE

Voila Cleaning Services will comply with the programme for the achievement of the Services unless delayed or prevented by circumstances beyond its reasonable control and in the event of any such circumstances arising. Voila Cleaning Services undertakes to complete the Services as promptly as is reasonable but will not be liable to the Client for any delay resulting from such circumstances beyond Voila Cleaning Services reasonable control.

12. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

13. SEVERANCE

If any term or provision in these Terms and Conditions shall be held to be illegal or unenforceable in whole or in part under any enactment or rule of law such term or provision or part shall to that extent be deemed not to form part of these Terms and Conditions but the validity and enforceability of the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall not be affected.

14. CONTRACTS (RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES) ACT 1999

The provisions of the Contracts (Right of Third Parties) Act 1999 are expressly excluded from applying to these Terms and Conditions to which they relate and accordingly no benefit to any third party is intended nor shall be implied under such Terms and Conditions.
