CLEAN AND GREENPROGRAM

In my community, there are dirty streets due of the typhoon “OFEL” that causes a lot of destruction and dirt in our community. Examples of these are fallen banana plant, leaves and others. This is a big problem in our community that should be given an immediate action. We should all cooperate in cleaning our barangay.

The goal of my project was to raise awareness or to maintain the cleanliness of our barangay as well as to let them know the benefits of doing it.

To achieve my goal of cleaning up our community I called my youth members for a help. We then created an action plan and the next day, we started cleaning up. Then there are a lot of people who were curious and confused so, I talked to them and encouraged them to help us. My members and I, will continue raising this important issue and hope that our community now will be inhibited from a dirty community to a beautiful and well-cleaned community for today and the next generation.

1. I prepared a note which will be approved by our barangay Captain as well as our SK Chairman.

2. After the approval, I prepared some notes and announcements which I posted about my project

3. I called my members which are my youth members to help me organize this project.

4. On October 31 we started cleaning up our barangay and ended on November 6.

5. In addition, we achieved what we all planned and raised the awareness about this project to other people.

After my small project, we have achieved a better and clean environment/barangay. In addition, almost all the residents in our community are now aware about the importance of cleanliness. Because of this, we can all live happily and enjoy the clean surroundings and this can no longer harm our health.
