What is Weebly?• Weebly is a FAST, FREE &

EASY platform to communicate with both parents & students.

• Using weebly, you can post objectives, assignments, handouts & videos.

How do I get started?

• Go to www.weebly.com

• “Sign up now” either by creating a user name or using Facebook.

• Pick a design. Fear of commitment? No worries, you can change it at any time!

Let’s start building!• To add

pages, click on the pages tab at the top

• You can add any number of pages that you want and label them as you wish.

◦To add a new page click the ADD PAGE tab.◦Be sure to click SAVE & EDIT!◦To get a page to the top, click and drag it to the top of the menu. ◦To start building each page, click on the tab & click BUILD at the top.

Building your page…• Use the menu

to the left to drop and drag elements you wish to add to your page.

• You may use as many of the elements in the menu as you wish. Keep in mind some elements are exclusive to paid accounts.

• If you add an element and later wish to delete it, click the X on the left of the box.

How do I add documents & videos?

• Click on the DOC tab.

• This box will pop up. Click here to upload.

• To upload a file, follow the prompts.

• To upload a youtube video link, follow the same instructions as above, by clicking in the youtube video link and pasting in the link.&.

What if I don’t have a digital copy? Make one!

◦I prefer to use TinyScan Pro. If you prefer not to pay for your app, there is a free version of TinyScan in the app store.

◦The app allows to you snap photos of documents and email them to yourself or save them to Google Drive. Save the file to you computer as a PDF.

When you’re finished…

◦Your changes to your website will not be available for viewing until you PUBLISH!
