The city council met in regular session in the Community Hall with Bill Fecho presiding. Council mem-bers present were Prellwitz, Hall, Fecho, Atkinson. Camron Atkinson was given the oath and sworn in as council mem-ber Minutes of June 23, 2020 Reorganizing Meeting were pre-sented to the council. Hall moved with a second from Fecho, to ap-prove the minutes as presented. All voted aye. Motion carried. The following bills were present-ed to the council for payment, DSM Inc. $3904.70, Turtle Mountain Communications $46.24, Courant $136.85, Community Hall $400, All Seasons Water $4015.95, Nodak Store $55.73, Spencer Atkinson $22, Cenex Propane $291.26, Ihry Insurance $920, Visa 110, Farmers Union Oil $129.57, Ottertail $1422.51, Payroll $1856.23, Federal Tax and FICA$361.04, ND State Tax $20.25. Prellwitz moved, seconded by Fecho, to approve the financial report as presented and to pay bills out of their respective funds. All aye, motion carried. Results in a Health Department inspection 0was presented to the council. Fecho moved, with a sec-ond from Hall to accept the report and to work on any deficiencies. All aye. Motion carried. Discussion was held concerning the delinquen-cy report and blighted property. Discussion was also held on the fire hydrant by the Cenex office. Information will be obtained con-cerning costs and option to fix it. Discussion was held on the park equipment. It was brought to the city’s attention that the park equip-ment had not been updated on our NDIR Finsurance schedule. Hall moved, with a second from Fecho to update schedule recognizing the cost replacement for the park equipment and buildings. all aye, motion carried. Tom and Louise McGarry sub-mitted a building application for a building on their property. Hall moved, with a seconded from Prellwitz, to approve the permit as presented. All aye, motion carried. With no further business before the council, Hall moved , with a second from Fecho, that the meet-ing be adjourned. Upon Unanimous vote to council, Mayor Fecho de-clared the meeting adjourned.
