Council mem- bers present were Prellwitz, Hall, Fecho, Atkinson. Camron Atkinson was given the oath and sworn in as council mem- ber Minutes of June 23, 2020 Reorganizing Meeting were pre- sented to the council. Hall moved with a second from Fecho, to ap- prove the minutes as presented. All voted aye. Motion carried. The following bills were present- ed to the council for payment, DSM Inc. $3904.70, Turtle Mountain Communications $46.24, Courant $136.85, Community Hall $400, All Seasons Water $4015.95, Nodak Store $55.73, Spencer Atkinson $22, Cenex Propane $291.26, Ihry Insurance $920, Visa 110, Farmers Union Oil $129.57, Ottertail $1422.51, Payroll $1856.23, Federal Tax and FICA$361.04, ND State Tax $20.25. Discussion was held concerning the delinquen- cy report and blighted property. Discussion was also held on the fire hydrant by the Cenex office. Information will be obtained con- cerning costs and option to fix it. Discussion was held on the park equipment. It was brought to the city’s attention that the park equip- ment had not been updated on our NDIR Finsurance schedule. Hall moved, with a second from Fecho to update schedule recognizing the cost replacement for the park equipment and buildings. all aye, motion carried.  Essential Duties:

• Screen incoming calls, mail, personal visit inquiries and other relevant matters.

• Independently answer routine matters and refer others to appropriate persons.

• Compose letters and reports from brief instructions or notes or on own initiative.

• Knowledge of grammatical composition; proofreading, determine most ap-propriate layouts, formats, arrangements, and other related details.

• Develop office procedures, routine and filing systems, as necessary.• Compile data from a variety of sources and prepare summary reports as

directed. • Assist other departments as directed.• Schedule appointments and arrange meetings as requested.• Assist with data entry for the website of dakotacollege.edu.• Perform NDUS Password Resets and basic account troubleshooting.• Manage the toner supply software, submit toner order requests, packaged

used toner to be mailed back to supplier, and install toner and other print-ing supplies as needed for all campus printers.

• Assist with troubleshooting classroom technologies as needed.
