From the own o Ban, the Ban Legacy rail providescyclists with two options: heading East toward the BanNational Park gates, a route which parallels the ransCanadaHighway and spectacular Mount Rundle, or heading Westalong Vermilion Lakes to link up with the Bow Valley Parkway.
I youre up or panoramic views and some un hills, the LakeMinnewanka Road is a great option. Tis two-lane road is thegateway to many popular attractions, including Cascade Ponds,Bankhead, wo Jack Lake, Johnson Lake and, o course, LakeMinnewanka. Connect this ride with unnel Mountain Driveor a truly exhilarating route.

Great or all levels,this entry-level singletrack can be ridden in either direction.Some vertical exposure provides a bit o excitement, which iseasily averted by walking your bike. Extend your ride by linkingthis trail with Te oe or the Bow Falls Hoodoos rail.
Te oe is a winding, narrow single-track that eaturesexceptional views and an exhilarating mix o challenging andexposed technical terrain or intermediate and advanced riders.It oers a great extension to the unnel Bench Loop and canbe ridden in any direction.
A local avourite,the Lake Minnewanka rail skirts along thescenic shoreline o Ban National Parks largest lake.Tis narrowsingletrack is punctuated by some technical sections that are sureto get your heart pumping.

For incredible views o Mount Rundle and the Bow River,take the Bow Falls Hoodoo rail, which oers riders somechallenging climbing and descending. Tis short singletrackcan be ridden in both directions, but is best ridden rom Northto South. Connect this trail with the unnel Bench Loop or alonger ride.
