Old Doors and Openings Code DR1Dale RollersonSaturday and Sunday February 15 & 16 Cost $150Old doors hold secrets – you always wonder what they hold: historical secrets, old markings, peelingpaint and exotic patterns, often hidden away. And, of course, openings.Paint your own fabric swatches, create papers, melt fabric, use found objects, free motion embroidery,hand stitch with hand dyed threads, use hand dyed felt, machine stitch on paper and fabric, work withpaints, inks and crayons and other wonderful ingredients. Then cut and link lots of different elements tocreate a small series of doors which could be framed or hung. If you have pictures of old doors whichyou like, bring them for inspiration or simply be led by your imagination.
