KeyResponsibilities
MainDutiesandResponsibilities:
• Tocreateandmanageacaring,supportive,purposeful,attractiveandstimulatingenvironmentwhichisconducivetochildren’slearning.
• Toplanandpreparelessonsinordertodelivertheschool’scurriculum,ensuringbreadthandbalanceinallsubjects.
• Toidentifyclearteachingobjectivesandlearningoutcomes,withappropriatedifferentiation,challenge,supportandmaintainwithhighexpectations.
• Tomaintaingoodorderanddisciplineamongthepupils,safeguardingtheirhealthandsafetyfollowingschoolproceduresandpolicies.
• Toorganiseandmanagegroupsorindividualpupilsensuringdifferentiationoflearningneeds,reflectingallabilities.
• Toplanopportunitiestodevelopthesocial,emotionalandculturalaspectsofpupils’learning.
• Tomaintainaregularsystemofmonitoring,assessment,record-keepingandreportingof
