pick up a packet for another graduate.

Screening
Tool.
Parking Information1 vehicle placard per graduate.
Everyone entering must have a district issued placard displayed on the dash in the front driver’s side window.
You must park in your assigned lot (See map).
Specific Lot assignments will be distributed during
wristband and placard pickup on May 29th
Arrive no later than 7:00 Please put your cap and gown on at your vehicle.
It’s your responsibility to bring your approved medals and cords with you to graduation. (See approved list)
The Class of 2020 has waited a long time for this day to come. Please be respectful of your classmates, your school, your families, and your friends. Any behavior by students, parents or guests, which detracts from the graduation ceremony will result in removal from the premises.
Offensive behavior includes but is not limited to the following:
Disruption of the ceremony
Throwing objects from the audience
Being under the influence of illegal or intoxicating substances.
Bringing contraband (weapons, noisemakers, inflatable objects, etc.)
Obscene gestures
CODE OF BEHAVIOR EXPECTATIONS
• All graduates and guests are required to participate in the entire ceremony. Please consider this when inviting guests.
Ceremony Attire Attire is business casual.
Please wear comfortable shoes, No heels will be allowed on the turf.
Decoration of hats will not be allowed.
When you arrive…Graduates, parents, and guests will use
your ASSIGNED ENTRANCE to enter the stadium. (Color Coded- See Map)
Once on the field, please find your assigned seat and abide by all social distancing measures. Congregation must be limited during arrival and dismissal.
Specific color assignments will be distributed during
wristband and placard pickup on May 29th
Graduation Instructions: Arrive on the field and find your seats by 7:00 pm. A “Class of 2020” mask (provided for graduates
only), water bottles, programs, and your diploma will be placed at your assigned seats on the field. All guests are encouraged to bring and wear their own mask.
Graduates please sit in the middle seat assigned to your family.
The graduate will stand when their name is called, after the videographer moves on to the next graduate, the photographer will come by to take a photo of the graduate and their guests.
Graduation Instructions: Ceremony will begin with the playing of the pomp and circumstance while
the JROTC enters.
Please remain standing until after the national anthem and the pledges.
After your name is called, turn your tassel from the right to the left.
After all graduates have been called, Ms. Holt will give her speech… wait until the last sentence where she says “I present to you the Class of 2020!!!” and you will wave your hat. We are asking graduates not to toss their hats due to social distancing standards and the inability to retrieve their own hat.
Each row will be dismissed in a manner that abides by all social distancing measures. Please wait for your row to be dismissed. Our staff is required to limit all congregation after the conclusion of the ceremony. Please use color coded designations for exiting the stadium.
