LICENSE APPROVAL PROVISIONS

Statement by the Director of Business License

All licenses, permits or findings of suitability are conditioned upon compliance with all provisions of Zoning, Building, Fire or other Codes, State Gaming Statutes and regulations as applicable, Health Department regulations and the payment of Business License fees and investigation fees, as required by Ordinance or Regulation, unless specifically waived in code. Licenses approved by the Director may not be activated until a final inspection and sign-off are received from an Agent of the Department of Business License. Any Liquor License not placed into operation within sixty (60) days of Director approval is automatically revoked. NOTE: All items on this agenda are for action by the Director of Business License pursuant to the Liquor and Gaming Licensing Board’s policy adopted, unless otherwise noted. The category headings are for administrative purposes only and do not limit the power of the Director. CONSENT SECTIONS: All matters in these sections are considered by the Director to be routine and may be acted upon in one motion. However, any item may be individually discussed and/or acted upon if the Director so requests.
