Clara’s Spring Break 2012 Trip

A long journey from Madrid to Chicago and on to Disneyworld!

Even the airport in Chicago is fun!

There are magic tunnels, dinosaurs, a children’s museum…

This was our plane to Orlando

Walt Disney World resort is gigantic!There are four parks: Epcot Center, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom,

and Hollywood Studios

The first day we were at Epcot Center, where you can see miniature versions of lots of countries.

They had a special flower and garden show while we were there. Everything was beautiful and green!

FutureWorld!

The next day we went to Magic Kingdom. We started with a

special breakfast with many characters.

We met many princesses at the parks, and we got their autographs!

There was a “Magical Celebration” parade with a lot of the Disney characters

We went on many rides, played in the water and had several adventures. We were happy but very tired at the end!

The next day was Animal Kingdom. We went to the African and Asian jungles…

We saw many friendly (and not-so-friendly) animals!

Our last day, we went to Hollywood Studios. These buildings are sets. They’re not real!

We saw live shows, went on rides and learned how they create special effects in movies.

Back in Chicago, we went to the Museum of Science and Industry. We saw planes, trains, how storms are formed…

But for me, the best part about going to the USA is spending time with my

family and friends.
