and UkraineMy name is Clara Bodin. I am originally from Sweden, finished Uppsala University 2002 with a MA in Business and Eastern European Studies.
I am one of the very few female European entrepreneurs working on the CIS emerging markets and has been ranked top 20 by Future Female Business Leaders of Sweden 2009 and 2010. Recently I was given the prize of “Top Swede doing business abroad” by Sweden’s business newspaper Veckans Affarer.
I first worked for the Swedish Trade Council in Kiev as a business consultant and with Relacom Ukraine, responsible for staffing the company from scratch.
In 2004 together with my partners I have founded CLARUS EASTERN EUROPE with a head office in Kiev, Ukraine. Clarus EU is a recruitment and executive search company, providing high quality business support services on the Ukrainian market within all major industry segments, notably within management for industry and manufacturing, engineering, law, logistics, FMCG, sales, marketing, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, real state, banking and financial services.
Today Clarus Eastern Europe, employing 15 people, is one of the the leading recruitment, executive search and HR-consulting company in Ukraine helping international firms venture the Ukrainian market.
