Z-PurlinC and Z Section purlins that act as secondary support for roofing sheets and composite panels are manufactured by TSSC to be used in a wide range of industrial and commercial applications. The purlins are accurately roll formed from high strength zinc coated steel and provide an efficient, light weight, economical solution for roofing & cladding.
C and Z Section purlins are available in different sizes, ranging from 142 to 302 mm deep. We also supply a full range of designed accessories needed to complete the cladding and roofing of the buildings. The data sheets provide more detailed technical information about the purlins and accessories.
Metal Decking profile
TSSC Metal Decking profiles are considered as international steel design standards with maximum strength. The Steel Floor Deck has a ribbed profile with embossments designed to bind together with concrete slabs, creating a reinforced concrete slab serving the dual purpose of taking up a permanent form to become part of the floor and also offer positive reinforcement.
TSSC Metal Floor Deck is typically used for multi-story buildings, mezzanines, bridge walkways, porches, in-fills, platforms and parking garages, storage facilities, etc.
TSSC supplies decking profiles with thickness ranging between 0.5 mm and 1.5mm. The data sheets provide more detailed technical information about the decking.
TSSC supplies panels based on the customer chosen parameters such as weight, strength, durability, surface finish, colour and thermal insulation properties. Our dedicated staffs offer the best possible advice for your requirements of laminated panels. We also offer composite insulated panels for use in residential and industrial sectional door applications and rigid and secure but highly insulated low conductivity panels for use as residential exterior door blades.
The use of polyurethane foam for insulation offers several advantages. Most notable are its energy saving characteristic, light weight, absence of thermic-bridges, and its long lasting quality. Therefore, they perform the dual role of structural and insulation elements after installation. Most importantly, these panels also conform to the fire protection requirements of European guidelines for flammable materials in building construction. With the heating and cooling contributing the most to the operating expenses of a building, TSSC panels with its excellent thermal insulation provide its customers considerable savings.

FIRESPAN panels are the exciting latest addition to our family of insulated panels. The new product is a stress skin sandwich panel with metal facings permanently bonded to mineral wool core. FIRESPAN panel is through-fixed insulated mineral wool panel for wall and partition application, developed to meet the specific demands of the architects and specifiers who require aesthetic looking steel faced composite panels with high performance such as efficient and superior fire resistance. The product has been specially developed for use in commercial and industrial light weight cladding applications to satisfy the thermal, fire and acoustic requirements of roofs, walls & partitions. FIRESPAN is manufactured in a variety of thicknesses to suit the cladding needs of any framed building.
Mineral wool does not burn unlike plastic foams such as expanded polystyrene, polyurethane foam or cellular modified isocyanurate. FIRESPAN panels made with mineral wool and steel facing are completely inorganic.
Though mineral wool core panels have an extensive history in Europe and America, FIRESPAN is an exciting new product in the Gulf region. As building owners and designers become more aware of non-combustible sandwich panels, the applications of mineral wool panels also have grown rapidly in recent times. In applications where one needs a wall or ceiling that are insulating, which is sanitary or washable and at the same time truly non combustible capable of resisting fire up to two (2) hours, one can look at FIRESPAN as the ideal solution.
FIRESPAN Panels can save on insurance, loss of business, and indeed save lives.

• Water repellent
• Excellent thermal insulation
• Chemically inert
• Non-combustible core
• Foam, CFC, HCFC, free

Keep Panel DryAny moisture that entres the bundle can effect the product’s finish. Remove any moisture from the bundles by breaking open and allowing the individual components to dry. Place tarps or encapsualated bundles may create a “Greenhouse effect” with temperature greatly exceeding the surrounding air temperature. Combined with moisture, this condition can result in bacterial & chemical damage to the finish.
Note:Bundles received wet must be dried prior to storage to prevent corrosion or paint failure.1. Block above ground to keep water out.2. Stop bundles for drainage.3. Cover with tarp or plastic to protect from rain 4. Tie down cover ends away from bundles to permit free air movement. DO NOT wrap under or restrict air movement.
Remove Protective Film:CAUTION: Strippable films on the surface of the panels must be removed immediately after panel installation. Exposure to weather will make film difficult to remove without damage to the panel finish.
Panel Storage:1. Locate material at convenient locations to minimize handling during erectio.2. Storage should be resonably level, but slightly sloped to allow for drainage.3. Block bundles above ground to keep water out.4. Cover opened bundles with a tarp or plastic to protect from rain.

Profiled Cladding SheetsSpecification
Profiled Composite Panel Specifications
TSSC is the largest manufacturer of composite panels in the Gulf region with a production capacity in excess of 500,000 meter squares per month manufactured using 3 continuous laminator production lines in its facilities in Sharjah and Dubai (D.I.P). Polyurethane foam chemical is sprayed uniformly on the profile sheet and is covered with the liner which together sandwiches the foam. The panel is carried forward on a conveyor that uniformly presses the sandwich panel to assure uniform insulation. By the time the panel comes out of the conveyor, the foam is cured well in order for the panel to be handled manually. The process is continuous and does not require the production to be stopped at any stage.
Advantages of chemical spraying laminator over the chemical injection and press process are as follows : -1. Uniform foam density is assured on all panels 2. No air pockets are formed as the chemical is uniformly sprayed on the entire surface of the profile sheet ensuring proper adhesion of the foam to the top skin and liner.3. The continuous process assures much improved product output.4. Provides TSSC the capacity to meet large quantity requirement at short notice.5. Better quality is assured as rejection rate on account of damages is nil.
