Management send electronic copies of all current contracts (landscaping, management, Doody Calls, Handyman Dan, Dominion Towing, Auditors, Legal counsel retainer and rates, etc) to all board members for our review

Management updates contract calendar and shares with board●Management confirm with Rankin how many leaf removals have been done so far this season as well as the dates of each
