JUST THE FACTS: Les Chantres Musiciens is a male voice choir formed of young men aged between 17 and29, all steaming from the famous Les Petits Chanteurs du Mont-Royal. It was founded in1992 by Gilbert Patenaude, who is also its musical director. Les Chantres Musiciensrepertoire is both varied and complex, ranging from the classical works of MendelssohnSchubert, Schumann and Brahms to more modern works like those of Schaffer, Reger,Shcneberg, Schmitt and Langlais.

The choir has reputation for excellence confirmed by their winning national competitions,their concerts abroad and their many recordings. Their most recent tour enabled then toshine forth throughout Germany and France.
