Rolando Briones holds numerous contracts with the City of San Antonio. At least 2 of those contracts appear to be in direct violation of both the City Charter and the City Ethics Code, both of which specifically prohibit City officials from holding .contracts with the City. The City explicitly names the Planning Commission as "more than advisory," (http://www.sananton io.g ov / clerk/boa rdsl ListofMoretha nAdvisoryBoa rds20 121 O.pdf).

Section 141 of the San Antonio City Charter states "No officer or employee of the city shall have a financial interest, direct or indirect, in any contract with the city" Section 2-52 of the San Antonio Ethics Code prohibits "Interests in Contracts"
