•Reconstruction of downtown Main Street

between the Clinton River Bridge and Paint

Creek Bridge.

•Water main replacement and utility upgrades.

•Traffic signal and sign upgrades.

•Streetscape and lighting improvements.

Exposed aggregate sidewalk construction begins.

Placement of concrete pavement is completed.

•Full closure opened to traffic. •One lane of traffic in each direction and a center

turn lane is opened to traffic between Second Street and University Drive.

•Single lane closures begin along NB and SB M-150.
