Exhibitions “Red” Aerial Gallery Banner Exhibit Through May 2018 Vinyl banners will be available to view at all times on First Street from Boulder to Bridger avenues. The Aerial Gallery along the First Street Art Trail is the newest rendition of this long-running banner artwork program. Artworks by Lyndia Radice, Camilla Quinn, Valentin Yordanov, David Ryan, Matthew Couper, JK Russ, Gig Depio and Andrew Colunga are featured on light poles spanning eight blocks from Boulder to Bridger avenues. Other artworks along the trail include the Windows on First temporary public art installations, Mary Hill’s Cycled Musings bike racks, and Jesse Smigel’s Snowball in Vegas cat sculpture. The Heritage Habitats exhibit will explore collective memories through vernacular photography and the act of pursuing one’s history as a universal human experience. Ultimately, the works are a residue of the process of self-discovery and catharsis.
