Reaching out to help people in need Gates City MINISTRIES This is your opportunity to help City Gates help low income parents and their children get ready for school in our Thurston County area by donating items for the event. We will gladly receive donations of pencils, pens, erasers, paper binders, glue sticks, pencil boxes, white out, highlighters, calculators, protractors, dividers, hole punches, Kleenex, and all other back to school and backpack items. Clothing donations will help youth in need of clothing for back to school and cash donations will help with special needs like shoes or coats and items we are lacking. Date: Thursday, August 10th, 2017 6:30pm Corner of State Avenue and Adams Street Time: Where: If you have an item or service you’d like to donate for the Back to School event, a volunteer is ready to assist you!
