Axis of the urban development

Main urban development axis between the two areas of UNESCO World Culture

Heritage

URBAN Graz development projects launched a new quarter development in the west.

The street „Annenstraße“ connects the old town with the western part of Graz.

The main central station is located directly on this axis. The expansion of the public

transport hub creates the biggest traffic interchange in southern Austria.

Urban district development Waagner-Biro Straße and Graz – Reininghaus are very

important land reserves and show the 1. Smart City Graz projects.
