Changes in Corporate Customer

Optional Profile Approval Queue Added

Corporate Users will see the new tab “Profile Approvals” under Corporate Administration tab only if they have been set-up as such in their Corporate Profile, under "Dual Authorizations", with their "Profile Actions" radio button set to "Required" by Bank Admin.

If a client is set for dual authorization of profiles, they must have a minimum of 2 Corporate Administrators. We highly recommend client to build a third Administrator to account for turnover and staff vacations. Process Example: Maker creates the new user or group, and then checker will see that change for approval in his "Profile Approvals" queue.

The new tab “Profile Approvals” will be added under Corporate Administration tab as

seen in below screen.

Before setup After setup

Profile Approvals in Corporate Admin: This is used for providing approvals to the

newly created user.

Missing Company ID Troubleshooting: In order for clients to manage their debit filters, they must: 1. Have any full account blocks or "post no debits" designations removed from their

account at the account level.

2. Must have an ACH debit block on their account at the PEP+ level. If the client gets a screen similar to below, but "Company ID" field isn't present, it's likely there's an account level block that must be removed. Clients should speak to their account managers to have this designation removed.

For example:

Missing Company ID: Correct – Company ID Appears:

Ability to Delete/Reverse from Account Search

This new feature is especially helpful to clients with large batches (over 7500 items),

where clients can conduct specific account searches and initiate deletions or reversals

from this screen.

A new configurable functionality was added to the Account Search where a below warning message is shown to the user when he or she does not provide filter criteria other than in the mandatory fields.

If a user clicks on “CANCEL”, he/she remains on the same search screen for adding

additional criteria for the required search. But if he/she clicks on “OK” button, then a

screen will be displayed only for what criteria has been entered during search.

The benefit of entering in the additional fields, is that the system can identify the item in question faster and more accurately.

The details of the account will be displayed as in below screen and from here client

can initiate deletions or reversals.

After initiating deletions or reversals, it is sent for approval (if client has a new feature

turned-on for dual approvals – discussed in next section) as displayed in below screen.

Optional Delete/Reversal Approval Queue Added

Currently, if a client is set-up for dual authorization for deletions/reversals and a deletion/reversal is initiated, the approver must conduct an originator browse, identify the item and approve it. There is no approval queue as such. The new tab “Delete/Reversal Approval” has been added under warehouse tab. Clients will no longer have to search for deletion/reversal items requiring approval.

Old New

Delete/Reversal Approval in warehouse:

Select the record by clicking on radio button and press “Approve/Deny” tab.

If a record is to be approved, click on “Approve” and if it is to be rejected, click on

“Deny”.
