1 CISI Account Access Instructions CISI Account Access Instructions 1. Go to www.culturalinsurance.com 2. Select "Login to MyCISI" 3. Choose "create my acccount" link 4. Enter your information as requested. 5. Login to your JMU Dukes account to recieve the intial password 6. Login to your MyCISI account with the username and password you chose. Once you have logged in to your account, you have many options available to you. To access your insurance card, select the first option at the top of the home screen “View/print/ email your ID card”.
