Set up Allowed or Blocked List configuration

You can assign frequently called numbers to your unused programmable buttons, as well as to two-digit numbers you access from your keypad. On the Device Configuration screen (User Options > Device), select device name_phone (e.g., msmith_phone) from the pull-down menu. Click the Speed Dials button at the top of the screen. On the Speed Dial screen, enter a number and label for a speed dial button and click Save.

Allows you to answer incoming calls on your desk phone or your mobile phone. While on a call, you may also press the Mobility softkey on the desk phone and send the call to your mobile phone, or vice-versa.

1. Choose User Options > Mobility Settings > Alternate Numbers.

2. Click Add New.

3. Enter Alternate Number (for example, 9 + 1 + Area Code + 7 digits)

4. Check Enable Reach Me Anywhere if you want calls to ring in multiple places.

5. Check This is a mobile device to enable a feature that allows you to send an active call from your desk phone to your mobile phone, or vice-versa. To activate the feature during a call, press the Mobility softkey.

6. Leave the default times in seconds.

7. In the Use your settings from menu, choose your SID_mobility profile.

8. Choose All the time for Reach Me Anywhere, or if you configure a schedule, choose the (GMT-8:00) America/Los Angeles time zone.

9. Click Save, then check the Line Association box.

1. Choose User Options > Mobility Settings > Allowed or Blocked Lists.

2. Click Add New.

3. Enter Name (identifies the access list).

4. Enter Description (describes the access list).

5. Choose either:

• Allowed List for Alternate Numbers or

• Blocked List for Alternate Numbers

6. Click Save.

7. Select Add Member to add phone numbers to the list.
