Cisco Systems | Learning @ Cisco| May 2018 Cisco Customer Loyalty program Customer Portal Customers designated as Team Captains and Team Players qualified to participate in the Cisco Customer Loyalty program are allowed access to the Customer Portal tool. In this program, customers are assigned loyalty points based on their purchases with Cisco Systems, Inc. Customer Team Captains, Team Players and Cisco Account Managers can view point transactions as: assigned, redeemed and expired transactions. Upon viewing the balance of loyalty points available, it is expected the Customer Team Captain will work with the Cisco Sales Account team to build a learning map and redemption plan for their company. Through the Cisco Customer Loyalty program, the Customer Team Captain redeems valuable Cisco Learning Services and Cisco Learning Partner rewards further developing and defining their IT business environments. This document provides details of the various features the tool has to offer to the end users of this customer portal. c) Uponsuccessfullogin,userseestheCustomerPortal.Thefollowingdetailsaredisplayeduponlogin:

• AccountName:NameoftheCustomer/Account• TotalPointsAvailable:Amountofavailablepointsforrewardredemption• ProgramName:NameoftheParticipatingProgram.InthiscasetheCiscoCustomerLoyalty

program.

• PageNavigation:Allowingusertonavigateupanddownthepage.• TabNavigation:PointsAvailable(Default),PointsRedeemed,RedeemRewards,Points

Expired/Consumed.TheRedeemRewardsisatabavailableonlytotheTeamCaptainforrewardredemptions.

• TransactionDetails:Statementofallthetransactions.• OtherInformationAreas:PointsStatusCharts,MonthlyReportsSummary&RelatedLinks

Step2:CheckingPointsTransactionActivity:PointsAvailable,PointsRedeemed,RedeemRewardsandPointsExpired/Consumed

a) PointsAvailableTab:Bydefault,theuserisnavigatedtothePointsAvailabletab.ThepointsbalancedisplayedbelongstotheProgramdisplayedontheright.

b) Intheaboveexample:Theuserisviewinganavailablebalanceof19650POINTSfromthe“CiscoCustomerLoyalty”program.

c) TheusermaysortthelistofdisplayedtransactionsusingdifferentsortingoptionssuchasTransactionDateorExpiryDate.Thescreenshotbelowdisplaysthetransaction(s)beingsortedbyeitheroftheselectedoptions.

d) Theusermaynavigatefromonetabtoanothertab(“PointsAvailable”,“PointsRedeemed”“RedeemRewards”and“PointsExpired/Consumed”tabs)toviewadifferentsetoftransaction(s)undereachcategory.

Step3:UnderstandingTransactionDetailsa) PointsAvailableTransactions:Inthetransactionsnapshotbelow,thedurationindaysindicatesthenumberofdaystheearnedpointswillremainavailableinACTIVEstatus.BeyondthePointsExpiryDatethepointswillexpire.Pointsarevalidfor12monthsfromthedateofassignment.NoextensionsareprovidedasCustomersareencouragedtoredeempointsbeforeexpiration.

b) PointsRedeemedTransactions:Transactionslistedunderthistabprovidetheuserwithredemptiondetail.

• TransactionIcons:FivedifferenticonsofCompleted,InProgress,OnHold,SubmittedandNotesindicatetheredemptionprogress.

MonthlySummary:Attheendofeverycalendarmonthastatementof“MonthlyPointsSummary”ispostedincustomer’saccount.AsummarystatementofthismonthlybalancesummaryisalsosenttotheCustomerAccountTeamCaptain.Everysummarypagelists3monthsofeachpage.PreviousandNextMonth’sbuttonwhenclicked,allowstheusertoviewthepointsummarystatementasofendofeachcalendarmonth.
