Purpose: Increase our understanding of the challenges faced by companies as they strive to address and balance both employee and business needs: from increased employee mobility and access to social media to new technologies and trends.

Two separate surveys were conducted:

Employee survey: 100 from each country

IT decision maker survey: 100 from each country

13 countries around the world: - U.S. - Brazil- U.K. - Mexico- France - Russia- Germany - India- Italy - China - Spain - Japan- Australia
