Purpose: Increase our understanding of the challenges faced by companies as they strive to address and balance both employee and business needs: from increased employee mobility and access to social media to new technologies and trends.

Two separate surveys were conducted:

Employee survey: 100 from each country

IT decision maker survey: 100 from each country
