CCNA215: ICND1 - Interconnecting Cisco Networking Devices Part 1 v2This 5-day, instructor-led training course teaches learners how to install, operate,

configure and verify basic IPv4 and IPv6 networks, including configuring a LAN switch, configuring a router, connecting to a WAN and identifying basic security threats. ICND1 v2.0 includes major updates to previous versions of this class and aligns to an updated blueprint provided by Cisco. Several topics have been moved from ICND2 into ICND1, while some topics, such as RIP routing and wireless networking, have been removed from this course. Configuration commands are introduced through examples and supported with lab exercises. If you attend in Phoenix, you will be using real gear during lab time. Each in-class student uses 2 Cisco Catalyst 2950 Switches and a Cisco 2621 XM Router which is theirs for the week. When we say “hands-on”, we mean it. You’ll be able to cable up your own gear and see how the actual equipment responds to your commands.

Remote students will be using the online lab environment.
