Notifying Cisco of Contact Changes
Resellers are contractually required to notify Cisco of any changes to contacts within 10 business days of the effective change by making changes directly into the Immix Cisco Public Sector Contract Sales Reporting Web Portal:
1. Log in with the User Credentials that were emailed to you.a) For any login questions or issues, please email [email protected]
2. Click on the “Contract Partner Profiles” link on the left rail.
3. Click on the pencil icon beside the Contract and corresponding State that needs to be updated.
4. For each of the 11 possible contacts, verify and modify contact information completely.
5. Click “Save” at the bottom after completing each tab.
