Vacation Request

In Outlook calendar employee marks the period of vacation using context menu.


Request Details

Using CIS panel Employee selects vacation or absence type. Available and used days are displayed.


Head of Department receives an email with the request for approval. The details are displayed.

Considering available days Head of Department decides to approve the request.

The request is stored in status approved. Employee receives notification by Email.

Vacation period is blocked in Employee’s calendar. This information maybe used by other CIS processes.
