ALL ACCESS PASSESTICKETSPRINT AT HOME SYSTEM

Circuit Ibiza works with the ‘print at home’ system. You will be able to buy your tickets and print them comfortably at home. This is the easiest, safest and fastest way to get your tickets in a record time.

The system is very simple: just buy your tickets, print them and access the parties you have selected.

You can exchange your ‘print at home’ for the wristband at the Welcome Point located at Matinée’s Headquarters (Av. Pedro Matutes Noguera 109, local 5) on August the 19th to the 23rd from 2 pm to 10 pm. You should remember that it is mandatory to present your ID or Passport along with your print at home ticket.

ADVANCE SINGLE TICKETS

You can buy your advance single tickets for the most expected Circuit Ibiza parties, saving a 10% over the ticket office prices.

The online advance tickets are limited and you can purchase them online until two days before the event.

If the advance tickets are sold out, you can still buy your tickets at the event’s Welcome Point or at the ticket office (as long as the capacity of the venue is not exceeded).

HOW TO USE THE ADVANCE SINGLE TICKETS

1. Buy your advance tickets at www.circuitfestival.net, Ticketmaster.es or Circuit’s official Welcome Point.

2. If you bought it online, print your ‘print at home’ ticket.

3. To access the selected party or parties just go to the entrance with your ‘print at home’ or advance ticket and your ID or Passport.

* The ‘print at home’ and the tickets that you can get at our official distributors will be the only valid documents to access the parties. Circuit Festival will not be responsible for falsifications or advance tickets distributed by unofficial channels.

SINGLE TICKETS ON SALE AT THE TICKET OFFICE

You will be able to purchase the single tickets directly at the ticket office of every party.

If you do this, the organization strongly recommends you to arrive early to the parties, because the capacity is limited. We can’t guarantee the access to those attendees who don’t have the all access pass wristband or advance tickets.

HOW TO COLLECT THE PASS

1. Buy your all access pass at our website www.circuitfestival.net or Ticketmaster.es.

2. Print your ‘print at home’ ticket.

3. Pick up the All Access Pass wristband at the Welcome Point located at Matinée’s Headquarters (Av. Pedro Matutes Noguera 109, local 5). You can pick it up from August the 19th to the 23rd from 2 pm to 10 pm by presenting:

• ID OR PASSPORT• PRINT-AT-HOME TICKET

Once in the Welcome Point a staff member will put your wristband on. You must keep it during all the days of the event. If you break it or lose it, the wristband will be automatically invalid and you won’t be able to access any party.

La venta de tickets en Circuit Ibiza funciona mediante el sistema “print at home” (impresión en casa). Es la manera más fácil, rápida y segura de tener tus entradas en mano en un tiempo récord, sin necesidad de trámites y sin salir de casa.

El funcionamiento es muy sencillo: compra tus entradas a través de nuestra web e imprime el ticket con el que podrás entrar en la fiesta o fiestas seleccionadas.

Una vez en el “Welcome Point”, una persona de la organización será la encargada de ponerte la pulsera identificativa que deberás llevar en todo momento mientras dure el festival. Si la pierdes, se rompe o se estropea, quedará automáticamente invalidada y no te será reintegrado su importe ni permitida la entrada a los eventos.

CONDICIONES DE USO DE LA PULSERA-ABONO

Esta pulsera es personal e intransferible. Una vez puesta, su usuario deberá llevarla durante todos los días del evento. Si la rompe o extravía, quedará automáticamente invalidada y no se podrá acceder a ninguna fiesta.

Esta pulsera no exime a su portador de la obligación de cumplir con las mismas normas de entrada y comportamiento que el resto de asistentes al festival.

La organización se reserva el derecho de invalidar la pulsera-abono y no volver a permitir la entrada a toda aquella persona que muestre o haya mostrado un comportamiento inadecuado..

TIPS & FAQSTICKETS

- Get your advance online tickets only through Circuit’s official site (www.circuitfestival.net) and Ticketmaster (www.ticketmaster.es). If you prefer to buy them once you get to Ibiza, you can do it at Circuit Ibiza’s official Welcome Point (Av. Pedro Matutes Noguera 109, local 5) from 2 pm to 10 pm. Only official tickets will grant you access to the festival, watch out for possible unauthorized ticketing companies. The promoter will not be responsible for falsifications.

- To get your All Access Pass wristband you must present your physical ticket or your ‘print-at-home’ confirmation and your ID card, Foreign Resident ID Card (NIE) or Passport (only originals, photocopies will not be accepted).

- Get your All Access Pass wristband in our Welcome Point (Av. Pedro Matutes Noguera 109, local 5). There you can be accredited and receive all the information you need in a personalized and comfortable way.

- For the holders of the All Access Pass wristband, keep in mind that you must wear it during the entire event.

- Damaged or broken wristbands will not be accepted. Each wristband is individual and non-transferable, and it will be mandatory to have it visible and in perfect state to get access to the parties. Remember that if you lose or cut it we won’t be able to give your money back and you won’t have access to the parties.

ACCESS

- Attendees under the age of 18 are not allowed to get into the festival. Everybody must bring and present an ID card, Foreign Resident ID Card (NIE) or Passport (only originals, photocopies will not be accepted).

- We recommend you to arrive early to the parties, as the capacity is limited and the access won’t be guaranteed to those who don’t have tickets nor All Access Passes.

- The access to the parties is fast, but Circuit Festival is a massive event, and some delays may occur in certain moments, so we ask for your patience if this happens. Please remember that the capacity is limited, so we recommend you to arrive on time to the parties.

- It is not allowed to leave the party before 4 pm. If you leave any event before that time you will have to pay the entrance ticket again.

- For your convenience, we recommend you to bring cash to purchase your exchangeable tickets for drinks.

- At the entrance of each party you will find a cloakroom area where you can leave your bags and personal belongings.

TRANSPORT

- Choose our Circuit bus to get to the best parties. Its quickness and the possibility of receiving information in the same vehicle makes it the best transport option.

SECURITY

- Before access to each party, all carried backpacks or packages will be searched according to the law. Before entering the festival venue, any person must be prepared to be searched by our security service, legally approved for this function. The refusal of the search will mean the banning of that person from the party.

- The organization reserves the right of admission of any person whose attitude and presence could be considered inappropriate, offensive, and violent or show symptoms of being under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances.

- It is forbidden to get into the festival with substances prohibited by law, alcohol, drinks or liquids, audio and video recorders, weapons or dangerous items.

- Circuit Ibiza lasts six days and we want you to make it until the end enjoying as much as possible. If you feel unwell during any party, rest and take plenty of water and carbohydrates. If needed, seek for medical assistance. During all events there will be a team of excellent professionals ready to take care of you.

IMAGE RIGHTS

By buying the tickets and unless there is a written communication submitted to the Organization, the attendees give the consent to appear in images taken by any means for its subsequent diffusion for promotional, informative or commercial purposes.


CONSEJOS Y PREGUNTAS FRECUENTESENTRADAS Y ABONOS

- Consigue tus entradas anticipadas online a través de las webs de Circuit Festival (www.circuitfestival.net) o Ticketmaster (www.ticketmaster.es). Si prefieres comprarlas en Ibiza, podrás hacerlo en el “Circuit Welcome Point” (Av. Pedro Matutes Noguera 109, local 5) de 2 pm a 10 pm. Sólo las entradas oficiales serán válidas para acceder al festival. La organización no se hace responsable de posibles falsificaciones.

- Para recoger el abono-pulsera será imprescindible presentar la impresión de la entrada “print-at-home” o la entrada física y el DNI, NIE o Pasaporte.

- Recoge tu abono-pulsera en nuestro “Circuit Welcome Point” de las oficinas de Matinée Ibiza (Av. Pedro Matutes Noguera 109, local 5) del 18 al 23 de agosto de 2 pm a 10 pm. Allí podrás acreditarte y recibir toda la información que necesites de un modo ágil, personalizado y cómodo.

- Los poseedores de la pulsera están obligados a llevarla durante todos los días del evento. Una vez puesta, no deberás quitártela hasta que finalice el festival.

- No pierdas, cortes ni estropees tu pulsera-abono. Cada pulsera es individual e intransferible y será imprescindible mostrarla intacta y visible cada día para acceder a las fiestas. Recuerda que si la extravías, se te cae o la cortas, no podremos reembolsarte el importe ni tendrás acceso a las fiestas.

ACCESO

- Queda prohibida la entrada a menores de 18 años. Es imprescindible para todas las personas llevar consigo el DNI, NIE o Pasaporte.

- Es recomendable llegar pronto a las fiestas, ya que el aforo es limitado y no se garantiza el acceso a aquellos que no tengan entrada anticipada o abono.

- El acceso a las fiestas es ágil, pero Circuit es un festival multitudinario y es posible que en ciertos momentos se registren ligeras retenciones, por lo que os pedimos paciencia si esto sucede. Os recordamos que el aforo es limitado, por lo que os aconsejamos que lleguéis al festival con puntualidad.

- No se permitirá la salida de los recintos del festival bajo ningún concepto antes de las 4 de la mañana. Abandonar la sala antes de esa hora supondrá el tener que pagar nuevamente el ticket de entrada en caso de que se quiera volver a acceder a la fiesta.

- Para una mayor comodidad, te recomendamos llevar dinero en efectivo para comprar tus tickets canjeables por consumiciones.

- En la entrada de cada fiesta encontraréis una zona de guardarropía en la que podréis dejar vuestras mochilas y efectos personales.

TRANSPORTE

- Siempre que sea posible, elige nuestros autobuses para llegar a las fiestas. Su reducido precio y su rapidez sumados a la posibilidad de recibir información en el mismo vehículo hacen que sea la mejor opción tanto por precio como rapidez y servicios.

SEGURIDAD

- Antes de acceder a cada sala, todas las mochilas o bultos que se lleven encima serán registrados conforme a la ley. Cualquier persona debe estar dispuesta a ser cacheada antes de su entrada al recinto del festival por nuestro servicio de orden, legalmente autorizado para tal función. La negativa a este registro supondrá la no admisión de esa persona al recinto.

- Se reserva el derecho de admisión de toda persona cuya actitud y presencia pueda ser considerada inadecuada, ofensiva, violenta o dé muestras de encontrarse bajo los efectos del alcohol y/o drogas.

- Está prohibido introducir en el recinto del festival drogas u otro tipo de substancias prohibidas por la ley, alcohol, bebidas o sustancias líquidas, grabadoras de audio y vídeo, armas o instrumentos contundentes, cortantes o peligrosos.

- Circuit Ibiza dura cinco días y queremos que llegues al final disfrutando al máximo. Te recomendamos que si en alguna fiesta te sientes mal, descanses y te hidrates abundantemente. Si lo necesitas, no dudes en pedir atención médica. En todas las fiestas habrá un equipo de excelentes profesionales listos para atenderte.

DERECHOS DE IMAGEN

Mediante la compra de las entradas y salvo notificación por escrito a la Organización, el público consiente en su aparición en imágenes tomadas por cualesquiera medios para su posterior difusión promocional, informativa y/o comercial de Circuit Festival.
