AMERICA THE BEAUTIFUL
0 beautiful for spacious skies I For amber waves of grain. For purple mountain majesties I Above the fruited plain. America! America! God shed His grace on thee, And crown thy good with brotherhood From sea to shinin_q sea.
0 beautiful , for patriot dream I That sees beyond the years. Thine alabaster cities gleam I Undimmed by human tears. America! America! God shed his grace on thee, And crown thy hood with brotherhood From sea to shining sea.
ECUMENICAL PRAYER
Father, we thank You for the many opportunities that have been
given to each of us: the opportunity to keep an open mind to
receive knowledge; the opportunity to experience change when it
is needed; and the opportunity to be open and receptive to the
thouqhts of others and to accept their state of awareness, whatever
it may be. Help each one of us to show forth God's love and
compassion to those we come in contact with so that they may
know and experience this love as we have.
Amen.
