The 3 Pillars of ‘Partnership’ learning

Rather than having one tutor for each unit, you will benefit from many specialists whose skills are matched to the particular demands of each course.

• THEORY Masterclasses - You will learn core theory from an array of specialist master class speakers. Each speaker will be a specialist in their field and will be briefed to make sure they relate the theory in the context of real life examples.

• APPLICATION Workshops – With three of the four units you will be assessed via a work-based assignment. Your Workshops will be run by specialists facilitators whose job is to deliver exciting interactive sessions. You will be challenged to read widely, prepare analysis and present in groups as well as delivering your assignment.

You will have only one exam and that is based on a Case Study chosen by CIM.

• INDIVIDUAL COACHING & SUPPORT – You will be supported through the programme with an assigned coach for each course unit you undertake. Your coach’s role is to provide feedback for you

Course Structure

The programme is delivered from our London City Centre on Bishopsgate between 6.15pm – 9pm. It has been designed so that you complete all four course units in a year.

Ideally you should have completed either the CIM Professional Diploma or have a marketing related degree. However, we place a greater emphasis on professional experience at this level. We would also recommend that you meet with the Course Director to ensure this programme is appropriate for you.

CIM Post Graduate Diploma Payment Plan

(Please note this facility is for self funding candidates only)

Instalments commence the month after the deposit has been received.

Once we are in receipt of your deposit, your booking will be fully processed enabling you to receive Joining Instructions, access your Online Learning Portal and benefit from TMF membership such as 30% TfL discount, NUS etc

There is a £12 administration charge for this facility, but we do not charge any interest on your monthly instalments. Please note it is essential that payments are made on the 1st of each month.

You will need to set up a Standing Order with your bank to ensure payments are made on the 1st of the month to avoid any late payment charges. You can easily set up a standing order via online banking or calling your bank to arrange. Please e-mail a screen shot or evidence that the standing order has been set up. (On rare occasions payments may arrive a day late should there is a bank holiday, proof a standing order has been set up will avoid any late payment fees).

• What are the entry requirements. You can register to do the CIM Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing with:• The CIM Professional Diploma in Marketing• A business related or marketing qualification, and or • A minimum of six years marketing management experience.

• When are the registration closing dates? The closing date for registration with CIM is 3rd June for the July 2016 assessment sessions. You can register for the course at The Marketers’ Forum anytime before the course commences. Places are limited and we aim to optimize at 16 -18 delegates per class so it is advisable to book as soon as possible.

• Sponsorship. If you have a sponsor for your course we can arrange for the invoice to be forwarded directly to them. Payment is required within 14 days or the start of the course whichever is sooner.

• Is there an interest-free payment plan? If you are self-funding we require a non-refundable deposit of approximately £200 upon submitting an online booking form and then the remaining course fees will be split into six equal monthly instalments. There is a £12 admin charge for this service and penalties will be applied for late payment of instalments.

• What if I want to cancel the course once I’ve started? Courses are like airplane tickets, once it has started, your seat cannot be resold. However, in special circumstances (such as family bereavements), allowances can be made at the discretion of the course director.
