-CIP: Cleveland International Program was founded in Cleveland on 1956 by a German layer, Henry Ollendorff who emigrated from Germany to the USA at the beginning of the nazis period.

-The objectives were to built friendship with exchanges in the social field.

-The first exchange took place in Cleveland between the USA and Germany.

CIF main target is to promote international professional exchanges among persons in the field of social work: social workers, care workers, social activity, entertainment organizers for youth, psychologist…as well as to enable a better understanding across cultural differences encouraging the development of friendships with their programs

CIF International aims :-encouraging the establishment of country -based branches-supervising the exchange program organization-organizing training periods : professional, cultural and personal exchanges -organizing with a national branch an international social conference every two years

*Every 2 years.*Organized by a CIF Branch*Participants all over the world come to share experiences about the field of social work.*On 2013, the conference was organized in Ankara by CIF Turkey.

Among the 31 CIF branches CIF FRANCE is one of the 16 countries which organize an exchange program every year.
