    Relevant Information based on the SocialWelfare and Development (SWD) National

    Situationer 1,830 CICL cases were reported by the LGUs 9,976 CICL were reported and served by DSWD in

    community and its centers for CY 2005

    1,754 CICL were recorded in 417 jails based on thereport of BJMP

    240 served by the Bureau of Correctional

    390 were served by the Provincial and Sub-Provincial Jails

    619 CICLs were jailed by the PNP in its facilities

    2,471 YOs cases reported by the PNP Women and

    Among the 197 casesadmitted in RRCY, 93 or

    47% were from Davao City.

    29 cases were from

    Panabo City which ranked

    2nd in terms of high

    prevalence region-wide

    and 1st if compared to the

    number of YOs from the 4

    component cities.

    Of the 4 provinces, Davao

    Norte has the most

    number of YOs (21)

    seconded by Compostella

    Valley (14).
