DECEMBER MEETING
SPECIAL MEETING DETAILS
10:00AM TO 5:00PM
AT SKILES ELECTRIC (See last page for driving directions )
Another great year is coming to a close.
December's meeting will be an informal gathering from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm at Skiles Electric. There will be several open
lathes for your use. This will be a great hands-on opportunity for anybody with a tip or technique to share or anybody with
questions begging to be answered.
At least one grinder will be available as well so bring any tools you would like to sharpen.
The business meeting will be at the regular time of 2:00 pm. At that time we will be holding our annual officer elections
(See details on page 4).
What you should bring:
- your favorite holiday refreshment to share with the group (optional).
- your turning tools (mark them with your name so they make their way home with you), sand paper and wood blanks (if
you want to turn).
- Mini lathe, if you have one on a stand—extension cords, power strips, and drop cloths too. (We have three lathes now.
It would be nice to have about six. Coordinate with Tim Kennedy, please.)
- Questions and/or advice.
