The bag that combines contradicting requirements

Unique deaeration system – top speed

A unique de-aeration system significantly improves the air-permeability without affecting the moisture protection function. The air contained in the powdery pro duct and set free inside the bag during filling is channelled and forms a stream of air which is directed and effec-tively guided to a high-capacity outlet in the form of a specially designed interrupted longitudinal seam. The air escapes quickly and the filling process is accelerated.

Intact barrier foil – effective protection

As the barrier foil in this construction fully overlaps and no perforation is needed to achieve an acceptable fil-ling speed, it stays completely intact and moisture is effectively kept out.

Areas of applicationFor powdery and hygro-scopic products especially in the chemical and high-value building materials in-dustry, where the Airstream Bag is used e.g. for floor level ling compounds, rapid drying cementitious pro-ducts, special tile adhe-sives and gypsum pro ducts amongst many others.

FeaturesTo improve filling speed even further Mondi offers the Airstream Bag also in combination with addi tional bottom de-aeration.
