SITUATION Church Coombe is a charming Cornish hamlet, about 1 mile to the south west of the well served town of Redruth, and to the south east of Carn Brea. The village of Carnkie is about ½ a mile to the south west and Portreath on the North Coast is about 3½ miles away. There are lovely walks and cycle routes nearby over the Great Flat Lode and many historic mining trails. The whole area is contained within a World Heritage Site. THE PROPERTY The Building: 8.55m x 5.10m externally, was originally a cottage with access to the rear at first floor level. The first floor has collapsed leaving a walled shell. The track which leads past the building formerly giving access to adjacent land, is included in the sale and the gateway at the end will be built up.
