Clarifying their online strategy and created a web platform designed for the growth that they will experience. Developed strategy, managed project planning, requirements documentation, implementation and the development team. HYUNDAI (REALITY DIGITAL PLATFORM) Social Media Strategy & Project Management Worked with Hyundai’s advertising agency Goodby Silverstien to develop a winning strategy for the launch of the new Hyundai Genesis Coupe. This award winning social media site was launched on Superbowl Sunday in conjunction with Superbowl ads. This award winning social networking site has been very successful and has exceeded the client’s expectations. Developed project strategy, managed project planning, requirements documentation, implementation and the development team composed of creative people from Goodby Silverstien. YOUR.MTV.COM (REALITY DIGITAL PLATFORM) Social Media Strategy & Project Management As the Chief Strategy Consultant at Reality Digital, I worked with MTV to create a community focused on citizen reporters. These enthusiastic community members think of MTV first when they see news happening in their own communities. MTV is able monetize this User Generated Content based on the location of the user contributing, allowing them to gain entry to advertising markets that were previously outside of their reach. Worked with the VP of News at MTV to plan and launch this site, providing project plans, requirements documentation and overall project management MODERATI (REALITY DIGITAL PLATFORM) Social Media Strategy & Project Management Worked with client to develop social media strategy to support their iPhone based applications. Created a full-featured social media and networking site that supports their users while maintaining control over their media assets, which helped to resolve digital rights management (DRM) concerns. Managed the implementation of this project, delivering against an aggressive schedule based on the need to release along side of a major artist’s release. VODAFONE – INTERNAL SOCIAL NETWORKING COMMUNITY (REALITY DIGITAL PLATFORM) Internal Social Media Strategy & Project Management Managed all aspects of delivery for this internal social networking community. Worked with the client to develop detailed requirements documentation. The portal was developed to serve Vodafone’s internal testing communities based in over 15 countries and in 8 languages. Was able to deliver this project against significant time pressures and completely wowed this community which is now thriving online. Managed all development and creative resources, planning and design though to delivery of the portal to a worldwide community. HARLEYDAVIDSON.COM (BLUEMARTINI PLATFORM) eCommerce Strategy & Project Management Worked with Harley Davidson to develop an online strategy and ecommerce website to support their dealer network. HD needed to protect their brand while allowing dealers to make online sales. Using HD’s existing dealer network, sales were channeled to and fulfilled directly by dealers while HD was able to maintain brand ownership. Managed all project planning and implementation management, requirements documentation, strategy development and road mapping.

KOHLS.COM (BLUEMARTINI PLATFORM) eCommerce Strategy & Project Management Lead the development of what quickly became Kohl’s most profitable store. Helped Kohl’s develop a strategy and ecommerce website to support online sales and marketing efforts. Also worked with Kohl’s to develop online marketing campaigns that continue to have great success. Managed project planning, requirements documentation, implementation and the development team. YAHOO DEVELOPER NETWORK (YDN) CRM Strategy, Product & Program Management Program/Product Management for the Yahoo! Developer Network (YDN.) Developed the localization/internationalization process for the Yahoo Platforms Group that will enable Yahoo! To better extend it reach into multi-billion dollar markets. Lead requirements gathering, product development, product road mapping, customer segmentation and redesign planning for the YDN re-launch. Managed all project planning, requirements documentation, implementation and the development teams. Also developed and managed MRDs and PRDs for all YDN products. CASPIO RECIPE GUIDE Product & Project Management Responsible for product management (including MRD and PRD development) for Caspio’s plug-and-play applications for publisher and these applications lead to the acquisition of the top three newspapers in the country. Managed development of the Caspio Recipe Guide, Caspio Voter Guides, CRM application enhancements and Caspio Widgets. NESTLÉ PURINA CRM Strategy, CRM Program Management Lead the development of Purina’s CRM strategy and implemented web based marketing and CRM solutions. Worked closely with my client to create best of breed web solutions. My primary focus was to provide industry insight, requirements gathering and program oversight. Designed loyalty programs for shelter works, developed user requirements, user personas, use cases, and user interface wireframes. HILLSPET.COM (BLUEMARTINI PLATFORM) CRM Strategy, CRM Program Management Developed Hill’s Best Friends loyalty programs and PetRewards Visa credit card program with Bank of America. Created customer acquisition programs that achieved three times expected results. Managed international consumer programs and developed CRM strategy that put Hill’s closer to their customers and consumers. These programs have been industry-leading efforts that have increased Hill’s market penetration in several strategic areas. SPRINT.COM (BLUEMARTINI PLATFORM) eCommerce Strategy & Program Management Worked with Sprint to replace their web sites and transform their understanding of their customers and how to drive value from their relationship. Developed a multi-year strategy to understand and develop the customer relationship. Helped Sprint create a model of its best customer that lead to a significant increase in the average lifetime value. Developed a self-directed profile model that changed the basic understanding of what drove the customer relationship. Managed the multi-disciplined project team to successful completion of a multi year plan.
