Responsibilities:
Conceptual design & visioning, document production and specs., phasing and logistics in collaboration with client, planners, architects, engineers, and camp staff.
One Boulder Plaza DTJ Design
Project information: Boulder CO
3 buildings - residential, office, & retail mixed use infill in downtown Boulder. DTJ was responsible for planning, architecture, and landscape architecture.

Anthem Colorado DTJ Design
Project information: Broomfield CO
A Pulte/Del Webb homes development. Phase I 350 acres, total project 2,500 acres. DTJ was responsible for master plan, architecture, landscape architecture, visioning.
Site Amenities include: neighborhoods, parks, welcome center, mixed use, green space, etc.
Responsibilities:
Personal involvement from planning and conceptual stages through construction documents. Design, grading and site work, construction docs, project guidelines, planting plans, irrigation plans, graphic renderings.

Project information: Bend OR
Destination Golf Community with views of Mt. Bachelor and Mt. Hood. First project to combine Fazio and Nicholas courses in one project.
Amenities/facilities include: residences, golf amenities, clubhouse, lodge, shops, etc.
