Terms and Conditions1. A confirmation and a non-refundable deposit will be required to secure each booking: £10pp for Christmas Party Nights & £40pp for the Stay The Night Package, £20pp for Christmas Day Lunch, £20pp for NYE & £40pp for NYE Stay The Night Package

2. Full Payment for all Christmas Party Night bookings required by 15th November.

3. Full Payment for all Christmas Day Lunch bookings required by 15th December.

4. Full Payment for all New Years Eve bookings required by 20th December.

5. Once final payment is received no refund or credit vouchers will be given.

6. In the event of any function being cancelled by the hotel, an alternate date will be offered. No refunds will be given.

7. We reserve the right to change or cancel advertised entertainment due to circumstances beyond our control.

8. Any bar tabs arranged before the event is to be paid in full by cash or credit card, cheques are not acceptable. A pre- authorization will be taken on the card provided.

9. No credit facilities will be offered and we do not have a cash machine on the premises.

10. All details are correct at the time of going to print but may be subject to alterations without prior notice.

11. Please note that shared party tables may apply to bookings less than 8 guests.

12. All accommodation bookings must be confirmed with a credit/debit card and all accounts must be settled on arrival

13. The management reserves the right to refuse entry to the hotel.

14. Dress code for all functions is smart but casual, no jeans or trainers permitted.

15. Guests attending Christmas Party Nights and/or New Years Eve must arrive between 7.00-7.30pm in order to be seated for 8pm.

16. Guests attending Christmas Day Lunch must arrive at 2pm.

17. These functions are not recommended for children under the age of 16.

18. Once the menu choices are in, no alterations may be made on the night.

19. All provisional bookings will be held for seven days and automatically released if a deposit is not paid.

20. The Birch Hotel will not knowingly sell any food labeled as containing GM material.

21. We cannot guarantee that dishes do not contain nuts or nut derivatives, or fish product totally free from bones.

22. No alcohol or other beverages may be brought into the hotel for consumption or prizes.

23. The hotel does not accept liability in respect of damage to articles brought into the hotel or car park.

24. If you have any allergy or tolerance, please inform us at the time of booking.
