For your first evening, a welcome Roast Dinner will be served in the Garden Restaurant followed by the sounds

of the Simon Goodwin Band.

Join us for a tutored tasting by our Cellar Master and enjoy a full range of Ports. Enjoy the delicious tastes of Northern Europe with a Scandinavian themed Luncheon in

our Garden Restaurant.

Afternoon Tea will be served in the relaxing lounges giving you a chance to catch up with friends and family and the

Family General Knowledge Quiz is always popular.

The evening entertainment begins with choir music in the lounges, after which complimentary Champagne will

be served before a splendid Christmas Eve Dinner followed by music from the Co-stars.

Following a thoroughly festive start to the day, seasonal jazz favourites will be played in the Great Hall before a delightful

Christmas Day Luncheon.

Relax in the lounges where homemade delicate sandwiches, Christmas cake and tea will be served, while our pianist

‘tinkles the ivories’.

The festivities reach a crescendo with complimentary Champagne in the Drawing Room followed by a very traditional Christmas Dinner in the Garden Restaurant and finish the night with music from the

Simon Goodwin Band. This is a black tie event.

BOXING DAY

After a leisurely start to the day, a Best of British Luncheon will be served in the Garden Restaurant.

The fun continues with caricature portraits and indoor crazy golf for the adults. Or perhaps enjoy a visit to the Health Club, a trip into Eastbourne or a walk along the

promenade to experience the bracing sea air.

In the evening, enjoy a complimentary glass of Champagne with canapés followed by a Gala Dinner

in the Garden Restaurant. Then enjoy live entertainment from ‘Co-Stars’ in the Chatsworth Room.
