Pinnekjott is a rib, lamb , which has been salted , smoked ,or dried. Also served with sausages. Also Norway eats Ham and Turkey.

Norway Christmas Decorations and Traditions:
It is a tradition to get the family together and put colorful paper on the tree , Norwegians decorate with hearts, angels , gnomes , and stars. It could also be a tradition to join hand and sing around the tree with family and stuffed animals or dolls.

Norway’s Santa:
Long ago people in Norway believed in Nisse. Nisse is a elf gnome but not a relative Santa. Children today believe in Julenissen . Nisse brought people things if they did good at farming , and he would protect farm and if you did poorly he would trick you. Some people leave him porridge.
