WHAT IS ON THE MENU?Your choice of Ham or Turkey, with accompanying sauces, as well as your choice of 4 sides from a list of 8 options.

The Ham Dinner Package includes:� Farm Boy� Smoked Ham (4-5 kg)� Honey Mustard Cream Sauce� Sweet Maple Glaze� Herb Compound Butter� 4 tasty sides

IS THE HAM / TURKEY ALREADY COOKED?Yes, but you will still need to reheat them for approximately two hours. Reheating instructions for all the dinner items will be included with your dinner package.

WHAT IS THE PRICE?$149.99 - the item is tax free.

DO I PAY AT PICK UP?Payment is required when you place the order. If ordering online, pay with credit card. If ordering at the store, pay with cash, debit or credit card.

MAY I MAKE SUBSTITUTIONS OR ADD ANY EXTRA SIDES?Sorry, we are not able to make substitutions. But there are other items in the self-serve section of the Farm Boy Kitchen that you can pick up in store.

DO YOU HAVE A VEGETARIAN DINNER OPTION?We do not. However, we do have a number of freshly prepared vegetarian items available from the Farm Boy Kitchen Service Counter.

HOW MANY PEOPLE DOES THE DINNER FEED?The meal will serve 6 to 8 people.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I AM HAVING 10 PEOPLE FOR DINNER?We recommend you order 2 complete dinners.

WHEN AND WHERE CAN I PICK IT UP?Please go to the Farm Boy Kitchen Service Counter to pick up your meal. Pick up on any of these dates:� Sunday, December 22� Monday, December 23� Tuesday, December 24

NOTE: all produced in a facility where these common allergens are present: peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, milk, eggs, seafood/fish, soy, wheat/gluten, sulphites, mustard.

DOES THE TURKEY NEED TO BE BASTED PERIODICALLY DURING REHEATING?It does not require basting during reheating.

HOW DO I PREPARE THE MAPLE GLAZE AND THE HONEY MUSTARD CREAM SAUCE THAT COME WITH THE HAM DINNER PACKAGE?The maple glaze should be poured over the ham before it goes in the oven, and the honey mustard cream sauce can be used like gravy - just warm, and serve at the table!

DO I REMOVE THE MEAT FROM THE PLASTIC BAG BEFORE COOKING?Yes.

DO I REMOVE THE CLEAR PLASTIC LIDS FROM THE SIDES BEFORE REHEATING?Yes.

WHEN I REMOVE THE PLASTIC COVERS ON THE SIDES, DO I NEED TO COVER WITH TIN FOIL WHEN REHEATING?No need to cover when reheating.

CAN I REHEAT THE SIDES IN THE BLACK PLASTIC CONTAINERS?Yes.

SHOULD I COVER THE TURKEY WITH FOIL WHILE REHEATING?No, otherwise the skin won't get crispy.

CAN THE MEAL BE REHEATED IN THE MICROWAVE?The sides can be reheated in the microwave, but the turkey and ham should be reheated in the oven.

CAN I FREEZE THE ITEMS IF I DON’T USE THEM RIGHT AWAY?All the items can be frozen when transferred to freezer recommended containers.

WHAT ABOUT DESSERT?A dessert is not included, but our Bakery Department has a wide variety of fresh pies, cakes and dessert options for you to choose from.

ARE OTHER DATES/TIMES AVAILABLE?No other pick-up times are available.

WHAT DO I NEED FOR PICK UP?Please bring your receipt with you when picking up.

CAN I SEND SOMEONE ELSE TO PICK UP?Certainly. When ordering, please let us know who will be picking it up. He/she will need to bring the receipt when picking up.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER IF MY PLANS CHANGE?Yes, you can cancel your order, but please give us 24 hours' advance notice. Please call the store to cancel your order.

HOW IS THE DINNER BEING PACKAGED?Everything will be conveniently packed for you. When you get the food home, please remove the items from the box to place in your refrigerator until ready to heat and serve.

CAN I PICK UP A HOT DINNER PACKAGE?No, but we provide reheating instructions for all items with the dinner package.

HOW DO I REHEAT?Your meal will be ready in approximately 2 hours.A complete set of reheating instructions will be included with your dinner package. We recommend that you put all side dish containers on a baking sheet in the oven, rather than directly on oven racks.

CAN THE TURKEY BE PRE-CARVED?No. Reheating a carved turkey will dry it out.

IS THE TURKEY STUFFED?The turkey isn't stuffed. However, you can select stuffing as one of your four side options.

WHICH SIDE OF THE HAM SHOULD BE DOWN WHEN REHEATING?Place the ham, cut side down, in a roasting pan.
