We are thrilled that you have chosen to spend the weekend with us and we want to help you create precious memories with your friends and family. We have planned a fun filled informative event that’s sure to help you unwind and embrace the busy upcoming holiday season. Please feel free to ask us any questions and let us know if you need anything. Is is our goal for your event to be stress free and fun. If you informed us of a life threatening food allergy upon registration, we are aware and have made provisions for you. Please identify yourself at breakfast & lunch and we will find you at the Gala dinner.

Here’s what we have planned for you after you check in: (anytime after 3 pm)

Friday: Dress Casual

Horse Drawn Wagon Rides:4:30 pm- 6:30 pmShake off the stress of the city while you and your friends tour The Village in a horse drawn wagon ride with Andy & Amos. Check out the boardwalk and the shops.

Fireworks 6:45 pmJoin us on the boardwalk in front of Daisy McBeans to watch a spectacular display of fireworks.

Private Welcome Reception 7:00 - 9:00 pm @ The Hotel It’s an appetizer dinner.

Attend a “Taste Of The Village” where you will sample what’s to come for the weekend. Meet your hosts and the creators of the fun presentations you will attend. Enjoy delicious hot appetizers, & a live demonstration by Chef Roberto. Meet Seanna Collins of Global TV. Prize draws and surprise games for those in attendance. The Village invites you to be their guests at this private dinner reception. Makeover winner will be drawn.

SaturdayDress Casual

Breakfast 8:00 - 9:00 amEnjoy a delicious pancake breakfast at Event Central (located in-between Fenced Fashions & The Lake COOKHOUSE), catered by Daisy McBeans. Don’t miss it, this meal is included in your package.

Bring your event cards to each presentation you attend. Use them to enter to win Village cash prize draws. You will find your cards in your registration package that you get when you check in. Tuck them into your name tag holders for easy reference. Don’t forget to sign each one.

NOTE: You must be in attendance at the presentation to qualify to enter into the draw. If a name of someone not in attendance is drawn, we will draw another name.

The Story In Art: Which comes first…art or story? Did ordinary Ella have brown hair and blue eyes before she went out to meet the school bus? Did the rabbit hop by before the chipmunk ran up the tree, or after? How long did it take for the sun to rise? Colleen will give you the answers to these burning questions and more! Dinner Gala 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm @ the lake COOKHOUSEEnjoy a fabulous 4 course dinner prepared by “The ECOcafe”. There will be lots of fun, prizes and heart felt moments. Seanna Collins leads us through this part of evening.

Dueling Ivories…A Private Piano Show 9 pm - 11 pm @ The Hotel

Get ready to let loose and have some fun with this piano playing duo. Experience a Red Piano night where you can sing and dance to the tunes! Tip the players to hear your favourite tunes! Hosted by The Village At Pigeon Lake for event attendees by invitation only.
