Welcome to the Holiday Inn Winchester….2014 parties were a great success at the Holiday Inn Winchester. From Party lunches to the party nights a great time was had by all, with lots of fantastic comments such as “the party night we attended was just excellent - the food was superb the service was excellent and all the staff so friendly and very helpful” and “We would like to say a big thank you for the Christmas party we had with yourselves. Everybody really enjoyed the night and said it was one of the best we have been to for years! Thanks again.”

We also tried something a little different and held a Christmas tribute night which was a complete sell out so Michael Buble is back this year by popular demand along with a fantastic ‘Night at the Movies’ tribute on Saturday 19th December. It will be great to see last year’s guests returning and l look forward to welcoming new guests this year to enjoy the festivities we have on offer.

General Terms & ConditionsAll prices are inclusive of VAT. Children under 16 years of age are not permitted at evening events. The customer shall be responsible for any damage caused to rooms, furnishings and equipment therein by any act, default or neglect of the customer or guests of the customer and will be required to reimburse the full amount to make good or remedy any such damage. We reserve the right to vary, amend or cancel any of the arrangements or the facilities features in this brochure should we find analteration necessary. For any exclusive events (when function rooms are occupied by your organisation/guests alone) or if you book a group of more than 10 bedrooms, a separate contract must be signed. Minimum numbers apply for any exclusive events on Fridays/Saturdays; please contact our Christmas Co-ordinator for further information. The projected balance for all festive bookings must be paid 4 weeks prior to the event date.

Christmas Day For Christmas Day Lunch the deposit required is 50% of the total food cost. Only one cheque payment per booking can be accepted and if using a personal cheque; a valid cheque guarantee card must be produced. Deposits can also be paid by cash or BACS. Pre-orders for the full group are required 4 weeks prior to the event. Any individual requirements must be discussed with the Christmas Coordinator.

Christmas Party Nights, Lunches and Tribute NightsProvisional bookings must be confirmed within 14 days or they will automatically be released. To confirm a provisional party night or lunch booking the Hotel requires a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £10.00 per person. Tribute night bookings and Sunday lunch with Santa’s little helper’s must be paid in full at the time of booking. Only one cheque payment per booking can be accepted and if using a personal cheque; a valid cheque guarantee card must be produced. Deposits can also be paid by cash or BACS. Groups of less than 10 guests may be seated at tables with other parties. Groups of over 10 guests will be catered for on more than one table. Any individual requirements must be discussed with the Christmas Co-ordinator. In the unlikely event that the hotel is obliged to cancel the function for any reason, all monies will be refunded or an alternative date offered, without liability to the Hotel.

Cancellation TermsCancellations must be made in writing to the hotel and all deposits and pre-payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.If full pre-payment is not received 4 weeks prior to the event; the Hotel reserves the right to release your booking and retainthe deposit paid.
