The Glynhill Hotel & Leisure Club, located only one mile from Glasgow international Airport. Continuing with its selective programme of improvements to its facilities with the installation of a minimal look main entrance with automatic glass sliding doors to facilitate entry to the Hotel’s Reception area.

We continually strive to improve our facilities and cater for our growing customer base, whilst maintaining a ‘local’ friendly atmosphere and welcoming everyone to our Hotel and leisure facilities.
New from May 2014, (please enquire about) our outdoor champagne terraces planned for your special wedding day, family parties, corporate dinners, functions & events.
BEDROOMS:
k Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the hotel, including bedrooms. Non compliance £200 fine.
k For the safety and comfort of all our guests, no parties may be held in any of the guest bedrooms.
k Non-residents are not allowed on the bedroom floors.
k No food or drink to be brought into the hotel or guest will be asked to leave. Only food & drink purchased on the premises may be consumed on the premises.
k No drinks are allowed to be taken up from our bars or function suites to guest bedrooms.
k Only food or drink ordered via the hotel’s room service menu is allowed in guest bedrooms.
k The management are under strict orders not to allow any “home delivery order, such as pizzas “entry into the hotel for consumption in guest bedrooms.
FuNCTiON SuiTES AND BARS:
k The management reserve the right to search guests bags before entry to an event, if we suspect that alcoholic drinks are being secreted into a function.
k All alcoholic drinks consumed on the premises must be purchased from a bar in the hotel.
k All guests are asked to always behave in a responsible manner and to dress appropriately.
k Any guest considered to be under the influence may be refused further service and / or asked to leave the premises.
k Any group at an event, all male, all female or mixed are asked to always consider other guests and to behave respectfully.
k When dancing at a function, nobody should be holding a glass or bottle and it is our policy to ask everyone to leave their glasses at a table before dancing.
k The hotel is not responsible for guest’s personal belongings such as purses, mobile phones, wallets, i pods, handbags etc. Please note that this is not an exhaustive list.
k Only residents are allowed in the cocktail bar once all the other bars have closed for the evening.
k The management will not tolerate unacceptable behaviour from any guest and if anyone is considered to be out of order, they may be asked to leave the premises.
k Guests are advised that alcohol is not permitted to be brought into any event, will be strictly policed by management and may be subject to confiscation.
The above ensures that in conjunction with our guests, we are complying with the main objectives of the Licensing Scotland Act 2005, namely preventing crime and disorder, securing public safety, preventing public nuisance, protecting and improving public health and protecting children from harm.
